The short version

Use Kanbanditto for legitimate purposes. Don't abuse the service or other users. Your data is yours. We'll do our best to keep the service running and your data safe.

1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using Kanbanditto ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you don't agree to these terms, please don't use the Service.

The Service is operated by Recursive AI, LLC ("we", "us", "our").

2. Description of service

Kanbanditto is a kanban board application that allows you to create boards, columns, and cards to organize your work. The Service includes both free and paid tiers.

3. Your account

To use the Service, you must create an account using a valid email address. You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the security of your account
  • All activities that occur under your account
  • Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. If you're under 18, you must have permission from a parent or guardian.

4. Your content

You retain ownership of all content you create on Kanbanditto ("Your Content"). By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to store, display, and transmit Your Content solely to provide the Service to you.

You are responsible for Your Content. Don't upload content that:

  • Violates any law or regulation
  • Infringes on intellectual property rights
  • Contains malware or malicious code
  • Is abusive, harassing, or threatening
  • Contains illegal content

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any illegal purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or other users' accounts
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service
  • Use automated systems to access the Service without permission
  • Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization
  • Use the Service to send spam or unsolicited messages

6. Free and paid plans

Free plan: Includes up to 3 boards with unlimited cards, columns, and collaborators.

Pro plan: $5/month or $50/year for unlimited boards and additional features.

Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. You can cancel at any time, and your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period.

We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice. Price changes won't affect your current billing period.

7. Refunds

If you're not satisfied with a paid plan, contact us within 14 days of your initial purchase for a full refund. After 14 days, refunds are provided at our discretion.

8. Service availability

We strive to maintain high availability but don't guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service. We may occasionally need to perform maintenance or updates that temporarily affect availability.

We are not liable for any loss or damage resulting from service interruptions.

9. Data and backups

We take reasonable measures to protect your data and maintain backups. However, you are responsible for maintaining your own backups of important data. We recommend periodically exporting your board data.

10. Termination

You can delete your account at any time from your account settings. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms.

Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days, except where we're required to retain it by law.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Recursive AI, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service.

Our total liability for any claims arising from these terms or your use of the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

12. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We don't warrant that the Service will be error-free, secure, or available at all times.

13. Changes to terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We'll notify you of significant changes by email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

14. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
