How do I reset my password?
Kanbanditto uses magic links for authentication—no passwords to remember or reset. Just enter your email and we'll send you a sign-in link.
Can I export my data?
Yes! You can export your boards at any time from the board settings. Your data belongs to you.
How do I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel anytime from your account settings. Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period, and you won't be charged again.
Do you offer refunds?
Yes. If you're not satisfied within 14 days of your initial purchase, contact us for a full refund. No questions asked.
Is there a limit on collaborators?
No! Both free and paid plans include unlimited collaborators. We don't believe in per-seat pricing.
What about the AI features?
AI features are optional and available on the Pro plan. You bring your own API key (like Claude or OpenAI), so you're in control of costs and usage.
